OUR AIM is to make sure that EMAS A.Ş, which is one of the organizations of the Elginkan Community and is operating in heating sector, becomes a leading company in production, product and service quality.

Our expectation is to assure our customers with our innovative, contemporary and venturesome approaches that the quality produced will always be preserved and improved.

Our target is to perform periodic reviews in order to ensure measurability and constant improvement in every process, improve our customer satisfaction, market share, competitive and fund creation power by creating productivity, meet the expectations of each of our shareholder, fulfill our social responsibilities and respect the environment.

Our management principle is to comply with the requirements of international and national legal legislations and Quality Management Systems.  Moreover, it is also to ensure participation of all suppliers and customers in our activity processes in order to realize Total Quality philosophy.

Our employees are our fundamental assets.  It is our basic management mentality to provide and constantly improve a working environment, in which they will be more productive and thanks to which they will be proud to work in our company.
